The validity period of a residence permit expiring from March 16, 2020 to June 15, 2020 onwards is extended by 6 months for students who are in France. This extension is automatic.  Short-stay visas about to expire for people who cannot go back to their country of origin may be extended in some cases. Please get in touch with your local prefecture.
