Procedure

Offered by: The French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs European and the Orange (France Telecom Group)

Eligibility: Masters Program of either Engineering (electronics, computer science, Telecommunications, IT, and preference for French language speakers. Only for specific institutes: ISEP, PARISTECH, ESIGELEC (others may follow)

Benefits: From Orange

A single and total scholarship of 1,000 € per month for a period of 10 months coterminous with the duration of your course;
Support through meetings with your sponsors and other executives;
Internship offer at the corporate office on the conclusion of your course.
Accommodation guaranteed by the institute / corporate.

From MEEA financed through the Embassy of France

social security and medical insurance cover, which confers the status of a French Government scholar on you, and all the advantages linked to such a status (facilitation of visa application procedure, chance to participate in cultural activities organized by Egide, etc.) ;
intensive course in French in the Alliance Française network in India before your departure to France.

application for Orange scholarship duly filled
your curriculum vitæ, in French or English, in one or two pages;
your professional project, consisting at least of: a resume of your educational qualifications, your professional experience, and your reasons for applying for this co-financed scholarship programme, and your professional prospects.
copy of the admission letter from one of the partners of higher education institutes in France

3 scholarships will be awarded for the academic year 2012-2013.

(*) BEFORE SENDING YOUR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION TO THE EMBASSY, YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN ONE OF THE PARTNER INSTITUTIONS OF THIS PROGRAMME (BEFORE 30 MARCH 2012).
The course fees, which the student has to pay, vary from institution to institution
