The Master 1 « International and European Law »

It is a French national degree, taught in English, fully recognised in Europe and complying with the Bologna process. This one year program consists of 60 ECTS (European Credits).
 

Admission Procedure :
Minimum degree and language requirements. A three-year degree in law is required, equivalent to 180 ECTS ( “European credits”), i.e Bachelor, Licence or other diploma. Other qualifications may be considered by the selection committee.

Student should be able to read, speak and write English fluently.
 

Other requirements :
Student must have a sufficient and continued source of funding as your monthly expenses in Toulouse will be at least 650 Euros. To know if you are eligible for a scholarship, please contact the French Embassy and/or the CampusFrance Office in your country.

Student must comply with French immigration regulations according to your nationality.

How to apply ?
Contact us to get the application form by email or download it from the university website :

In 31 countries, applicants must get in touch with the Campusfrance office : the Campusfrance registration process (before April 30) is the first mandatory step in applying for admission and getting your student visa (please check www.india.campusfrance.org)

What is the next step ?
The selection committee will assess your application based on academic results, English proficiency, personal experiences (international and/or professional) and motivation.

The international relations office will let you know whether or not you have been admitted. If so, you will receive your notification of admission before mid June.

The tuition fees are 3000 Euros. This includes registration and basic academic services, access to library (with materials in English), social insurance, French courses (60 hours per academic year). Cultural activities will also be offered during the year such as local heritage discovery, wine tasting and European study tour.

Academic Opportunities :
At the end of the diploma, students who passed successfully the exams acquire 60 ECTS credits and are entitled to apply for a Master 2 year in France or in any other EU country. In particular, the MIEL gives the opportunity to apply within one of the Master 2 taught in English at Toulouse University, in the following fields : International Law, International Business Law, International Economic Law, Private International Law. Check on the university website or contact us to get updated information (Students may also apply to other Master 2 taught in French, or both in French and English, such as the Master 2 Droit International et Comparé (MADIC)

 

The Master 2 « International Economic Law »

It is a French national Master degree, taught in English, fully recognised in Europe and complying with the Bologna process. This one year program consists of 60 ECTS (European Credits).

Admission Procedure :
Minimum degree and language requirements. A four-year degree in law is required, equivalent to 240 ECTS ( “European credits”), i.e Master 1 in France. Other qualifications may be considered by the selection committee. Knowledge of the following fields is recommended : International Public Law, European Law, International Trade/Business Law, International Economic Law, Private International Law. You should be able to read, speak and write English fluently.

Other requirements :
