“n+i” Engineering Network of France and Axis Bank sign MoU to facilitate Education Loan

Delhi, 22 Oct 2013 - n+i Engineering Network, a non- profit association and a link between 70 Graduate Engineering Schools, representing French Engineering Institutes under the Ministry of French Higher Education has signed a MoU with Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector bank in India, to facilitate Education Loan, the first of its kind tie-up between n+i Education Network and an Indian Bank.

 

Through this strategic alliance Axis Bank and “n+i” Network will ease the financial liability of the Indian students aspiring to study Masters in Engineering in France. All that the candidate has to do is produce a confirmed admission letter from any of the 70 schools under the n + I network at any Axis Bank branch across the country. The program is unique in its offering  and has a  comprehensive range of services: namely, the organisation of a "Success Program" comprising the Package for Cultural integration (PIC), for Linguistic integration (PIL- French language courses) and for Methodological integration (PIM) for students, including assistance with  insurance, accommodation, coaching and tutoring of students, organisation of forums, national transfers, etc.  For more information the candidate can visit www.nplusi.com.

 

Ms Caroline Guény-Mentré, Attaché for Scientific and University Cooperation, warmly welcomed all dignitaries and stated that “The French government’s priority is to increase the number of Indian students studying in France. It is a priority set by the French president during his visit and that of our ambassador. To attract more Indian students to France, the embassy in May 2013, eased conditions for obtaining work visas. This allowed a large number of students graduating from French business and engineering schools to extend their stay for work in France.”
